  • For ordering contacts you will need your contact lens prescription and your doctor's information.

  • Contact lens giant is only a provider, we are not responsible for any vision, contact lens problems, or related eye disease that may occur.

  • If such problems do arise please contact your eye care professional immediately.

  • No information on this site is professional advise.

  • Have your eyes examined yearly and follow your eye care professional's instructions on proper use and care of contact lenses.

  • All customers must have a valid prescription under federal laws with proof via fax or information from your doctor.

  • We reserve the right not to provide contacts if we feel that the contacts are not what the doctor prescribed.

  • Lenses/Boxes must be unmarked. (No writing, labels, or stickers)

  • The product must be in good condition for resale or credit will not be issued.

  • Include a copy of the original invoice.

  • Return address – please refer to your invoice.

  • State the reason for the return in the area provided on the invoice.

  • Credit will be issued when product is received to your original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Packaging
  • Product must be returned in a box to avoid damage. Products received in envelopes will not receive credit. Vial lens must be returned in the original vial and the vial must be sealed to prevent the solution from leaking during shipment. (No flat packs or contact lens cases.)

  • Products received with improper packaging will be returned and shipping charges incurred.
Product purchased under free shipping promotion
  • Please note returning products shipped under a free shipping promotion, will result in charge back of the free shipping.
Recommended Return Ship Method
  • Ship method must be traceable. The following couriers use traceable ship methods: UPS, Certified Mail, FedEx, or DHL. Credit will be issued when product is received. contactlensgiant.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
